he Court of Cassation has warned that it is illegal to force anyone to shout ‘Viva il Duce’, (Long live the Duce). A 31-year-old man’s conviction was upheld by the Bologna Appeals Court. He was accused of coercion and bodily harm for having tried, along with a friend, to force three young people to raise their arms in the Fascist salute to salute Benito Mussolini.
