RICE PRODUCTION TO INCREASE IN AFRICA

FAO has implemented a series of initiatives to increase rice production in Africa by 2018. Within this framework, according to the UN Agency’s statement, “we favourably view all regional experiments for increasing rice production and developing its commerce in Western and Eastern African markets”.
