TRAPATTONI STILL IN HOSPITAL AND WILL MISS NEXT MATCH

Giovanni Trapattoni will miss Ireland’s friendly against Argentina this evening and is still in hospital in Dublin. The Irish Soccer Federation has issued a medical bulletin explaining that the coach is in stable condition, but “progress made during the night has been slow and he he undergo further tests today.” The Irish federation confirmed that the team will be led by Marco Tardelli in this evening’s friendly game.
