AFGHANISTAN: CLINTON, TRANSITION CANNOT BE POSTPONED
Clinton, speaking at Kabul’s Intl Conference, warned that the Afghan transition is too important to be postponed. The US Secretary of State explained that the decision of postponed US troops withdrawal to July 2011 proves the American sense of determination that aims at a successful action.
