Hamid Karzhai is thinking of asking the UN to remove 50 terrorists and former Taliban chiefs from black list. The Afghan president will try and start reconciliation negotiations in the country, reported the Washington Post on Sunday. The attempt finds some resistance within the United Nations, who ask for guarantees that the names proposed by the president are people who have actually given up violence. The is actually the first condition porposed by Karzhai to start negotiating with Talibans.
