BEATLES’ PIANO AUCTIONED FOR 120,000 EUROS

An old upright Challen piano owned by the Beatles has been sold at auction in London for 120,000 euros. The piano, covered in cigarette burns and coffee stains, but still echoing the notes of “Paperback writer” and “Tomorrow Never Knows”, associated to the Abbey Road Studio label, had also been used by Pink Floyd who in 1973 to record “Dark Side of the Moon” .
