CHINA: CHANTU TYPHOON THREATENS THE SOUTH, RED ALERT

A second typhoon is about to hit China and the Council of State announced that the situation risks getting worse. Hundreds of persons are still reported missing and other hundreds have been obliged to abandon their homes. Now, the risk is for the province of Guandong and the Island of Hainan, where the authorities have already called back 25,000 fishing boats and cancelled dozens of flights.
