CHINA EASES CONTROLS ON FORUM & CHAT MANAGERS
China has eased controls over chat managers who no longer require a special license. However, analysts remain cautious. The deactivation of the system that required authorisation for chat and forums may only be momentary and even more stringent controls may be soon introduced.
