ENTRANCE OF ‘DANCING PUTTI’ DOMUS FOUND BY ARCHAEOLOGISTS

One of the entrances of the Roman domus best known as the “dancing putti house” in Aquileia has been discovered. The large late antique domus dates back to the 4th century A.D. and is believed to have been owned by a prominent figure of the time, possibly a senior official of the empire.
