KAGAME TOWARDS OVERWHELMING VICTORY IN UGANDA ELECTIONS
The expected result is an overwhelming victory for out going president Paul Kagame with over 92% of votes. The news was announced by the President of the Electoral Committee, Chrysologue Karangwa, after 11 constituencies out of 30 had been counted. Elected in triumph in 2003 with 95% of votes, Kagame competed with the three candidates who had supported him in 2003 .
