RUSSIA: 25% GRAIN HARVEST DESTROYED BY FIRES
The Russian President announced that about 25% of Russia’s grain harvest has been destroyed by fires and drought. President Dmitry Medvedev said the Kremlin has allotted 35 billion roubles (about 892 million euros) to aid farmers risking bankruptcy due to the loss of harvests
