RUSSIA:WIND CLEARS SKIES OVER MOSCOW BUT SMOG WILL BE BACK

Rain and winds cleared skies last night over Moscow but smoke from burning forests is expected to come back. Roman Vilfand, director of the Hydrometcenter weather forecast service, stated that smoke will shroud the skies of Russia’s capital when the winds die out, adding that rain is their only hope to extinguish the wildfires.
