STATUE OF LENIN UNVEILED IN MONTPELLIER

A statue of Lenin has been unveiled in Montpelier in the south of France. The statue was ordered by controversial president of Languedoc-Roussilon, Georges Freche. Lenin will be placed alongside four other of the governor’s ‘heroes’, Winston Churchill, Charles de Gaulle, Franklin Roosevelt and Jean Jaures.
