SUDAN: 3 JOURNALISTS OF THE OPPOSITION MEDIA CONVICTED
In Sudan, 3 journalist of the opposition newspaper Rai Al Shaab have been convicted for publishing unfounded news. According to their attorney, they were sentenced to between 3 and 5 years of prison for having disseminated “unfounded news” on an alleged weapons trafficking between Sudan and Iran. .
