TAREK AZIZ HANDED OVER TO IRAQ, NOW AT RISK
The US has handed Tarek Aziz, Deputy Premier and the acceptable face of Saddam Hussein’s regime over to Iraq. His lawyer has reported that his client’s “life is now in danger”. Speaking from Amman, Badie Aref, his lawyer said “the swap took place on Tuesday night and he is now in Kazemieh prison”. He went on to say that Obama “is no different to (former President George W.) Bush, and will be responsible for the death of Aziz, albeit indirectly”.
