TAX FRAUD: ILLEGAL RENTS FOR UP TO 4 MLN EUROS DISCOVERED
A homeowner renting apartments illegally to non-Eu citizens dodged paying up 4 million euros in taxes. The scam was discovered by the financial police of Pordenone who reported the landlord for showing an inadequate income. The 100 tenants involved were mainly immigrants living in Italy with a regular residence permit. .
