U.N. INQUIRY ON ISRAEL’S RAID ON FREEDOM FLOTILLA BEGINS

The United Nations are investigating Israel’s raid on the Gaza aid flotilla and Tel Aviv is cooperating. The news was reported by Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon, who specified that the inquiry will be held by former New Zealand Prime Minister Geoffrey Palmer and three other commissioners, one Israeli, one Turkish and the third American. The ‘Freedom Flottilla’ tried to run the Israeli blockade on May 31st and 9 activists died. .
