UGANDA, TWO BOMBS IN KAMPALA KILL 64
Due explosions rocked Kampala, the capital of Uganda, killing 64 e wounding 65. According to Police, one bomb devastated an Ethiopian restaurant in a Southern neighborhood while the patrons were watching the World Cup finals. The second target was rugby club in the Eastern section of the capital. Among the victims there is an American citizen. Somali Islamic militants are suspected. Uganda and Burundi are the only two African countries which did not send troops to Somalia. .
