USA: DEFENSE, RAYTHEON’S LASER OBLITERATES DRONES

Raytheon has built an infrared weapon capable of annihilate drones. At an aerospace convention, the US corporation showed a video in which a laser pointer, mounted on an air missile turret, can be seen hitting and turning to ashes a remote controlled airplane. This Army-rated weapon has a power of 32 kilowatt and a significant range.
