USA: MOST SEIZED COUNTERFEITS, SHOES AND VIDEOCAMERAS

Shoes and hi-tech products top the list of the most seized products entering the United States. In 2009, according to US customs, the following goods were seized as counterfeits, sandals and similar shoes, worth about 99,78 million dollars; videocameras and recorders, worth 31,77 millions; and bags and wallets, worth 21,50 millions. They are followed by clothing, watches, PCs, CDs, drugs and jewelry.
