VENEZUELA SEVERS RELATIONS WITH COLOMBIA AS TENSION RISES
Venezuela has broken diplomatic relations with Colombia and is on a “high state of alert” along their border. The crisis began when Colombia accused Venezuela at the Organization of American States last week of harboring 1,500 FARC and ELN guerrillas including leaders.
