Uganda has responded to the extremist Shebab attack by sending another 2000 soldiers to Somalia. The troops from Kampala will bolster the African Union contingent. A spokesman for the Ugandan Army announced the news after the leader of the group linked to al-Qaeda, Abu Zubayr, claimed responsibility for last Sunday’s attack, which killed 76 people.
