CALIFORNIA: ISSUE OF BONDS IF MARIJUANA IS LEGALIZED

If the referendum to legalize marijuana passes, California intends to launch and ad hoc bond. The news was published on the Business Insider, quoting Amy Resnick of Bond Buyer. The journalist writes on her twitter page that in the conference entitled California Public Finances (that Resnick attended), participants claimed that the market would accept the planned issue of Government bonds linked to taxes on the drug.
