COLOMBIA AND VENEZUELA REESTABLISH TIES

Venezuela and Colombia have reestablished diplomatic relations and have decided to resolve the guerilla issue. Caracas broke off relations with Bogota after Venezuelan President Santos accused Venezuela of harboring Colombian guerrillas. Both presidents have agreed to stop groups operating on their borders.
