Peter Lim, a Singapore tycoon and avid football fan, announced his offer of 360 million pounds for Liverpool. In a statement he said, “the value of the club comes to 320 million pounds, the other 40 million is slotted for the drafting campaign. Lim had already made an offer for the football team, but this time he’s offering hard cash.
