Press agencies worldwide are holding their 3rd Congress in Argentina, inaugurated by President Kirchner. 72 agencies are meeting in Buenos Aires and Bariloche, where their III World Congress will be held until the 22nd of October, to be opened by Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. She was the first to focus on the relationship between the network and sources of primary information. For press agencies, she explained, the Internet represents a competition risk in the production of news in real-time, but also a great opportunity for the multimedia versatility that the Net offers.
