Vasco Errani announced that the Regions are ready to hand back responsibilities to the State. These include local transport, the labour market, roads, civil protection, incentives, business, which were assigned to the Regions by the so-called Bassanini law.
This ‘sensational’ decision was taken by the regional presidents’ conference and announced at a press conference by Vasco Errani.
