CRISIS: FAZ, EU AND ECB INTERVENTION TO RESCUE SPAIN

Berlin – The EU and the ECB are getting ready to put in place a rescue plan for Spain, similar to the one developed for Greece. They intend to dig into the 750 billion Euro European Guarantee Fund. The announcement was made today with a front-page title by the ‘Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung’ (FAZ), which learned of the news from German Government sources.
