US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT FILED LAWSUIT AGAINST ARIZONA SHERIFF
The US Justice Department sued an Arizona sheriff over the immigration law. The Department is pressing charges on the ground that Jose Arpaio refused to turn over records on unconstitutional searches and seizures. Arpaio is standing charges of discrimination against Hispanics.
