USA: COURTS TO DEMAND PROPER ATTIRE

A growing number of judges believe that order can be maintained only with proper attire. According to USA Today, this is the reason why some courts forbid some types of clothing: in Dover (Delaware) no shorts are allowed, jeans are out in Inkster (Michigan), and no flip flops in front of any judges in Bakersfield (California).
