Stanley McCrystal released a vitriolic interview on the Obama Administration, and apologized right after.
In the interview conceded to the Rolling Stone magazine, the profile that comes out of the Commander-in-Chief of the international troops in Afghanistan is that of somewhat of a maverick who finds it difficult to have a relationship with the Administration and with the people chosen by the White House as his diplomatic partners (for example, the U.S. Ambassador in Kabul, Karl Eikenberry).
The interview will be releasd on Friday but McChrystal has already circulated a communique’ in which he retracts.
