WORLD: USA TO IMPOSE NEW MORATORIUM ON OIL DRILLING
United States President Obama’s administration is set to impose a new moratorium on offshore drilling. Kenneth Salazar, Secretary of the Interior, made the announcement after a Louisiana judge blocked the measure which had been backed by Barack Obama in the aftermath of the Gulf of Mexico environmental disaster.
