MICROSOFT: 15 “SECRET” ACQUISITIONS DURING THE LAST YEAR

During the last year, Microsoft made 15 acquisitions without ever informing the market. Quoting Marc Brown, Managing Director of Corporate Development of the software giant, the Tech Flash site reports that each operation cost less than 75 million Dollars and involved small start-ups. A report by CB Insights according to which a group organized a takeover in the course of the last fiscal year was instead denied.
