Pervez Musharraf has announced that on 1 October he will launch a new party, the ALL Pakistan Muslim League. Speaking in Hong Kong, the former Pakistani president, in self-exile in London since the time he left office, has accused the Afghan president Hamid Karzai of lacking ” legitimacy” to govern.
