M.E.: CLINTON CALLS NETANYAHU, “FREEZE CONSTRUCTIONS”
Hillary Clinton has spoken on the telephone with Benjamin Netanyahu, attempting once more to keep the negotiations alive. In the next few days she will meet him again hoping to re-establish the new construction moratorium in the West Bank.
